THE CLIENT

Daikin UK is a leading supplier of eco-heating, cooling and refrigeration solutions for commercial, residential and industrial applications.

THE CHALLENGE

Our challenge was to design an educational space that would elevate the Daikin brand while informing visitors about the environmental benefits of Daikin heat pumps.

WHAT WE DID

We developed and launched the Daikin Climate Zone at the newly opened BBC Earth Experience in West Brompton, creating Daikin’s first brand partnership of this kind.

The experiential zone featured multiple interactive elements including a 3D globe showcasing Daikin’s “Forest for the Earth” initiative, a living plant wall with QR codes, an interactive TV display with children’s games, custom carbon calculator iPad stations, and artistic collaborations.

THE RESULTS

We successfully delivered the experience on schedule, launching with a PR event featuring influencers and celebrities before opening to the public. The comprehensive educational zone effectively highlighted Daikin’s sustainability initiatives and services while incorporating additional event partners to enhance the visitor experience across different audience segments.

With over 250,000 visitors to date, Daikin has educated the public on the benefits of low-carbon heating and cooling solutions, while demonstrating its commitment to reducing the carbon footprint of UK homes and buildings.
