Kia are one of the world’s largest car companies producing over 2m vehicles per year, they’re also at the forefront of the EV revolution with a huge range of electric vehicles.

The Problem

As part of Kia’s sponsorship of independent cinema, the company had organised a number of special screenings for their customers at Picturehouse Cinemas across the UK. Internal workloads meant that with just a few weeks until the screenings were due to take place Kia had no way of organising invitation acceptance or managing seating at the venues.

Our Solution

Within just a few weeks SPARK built a ticketing and seat allocation from scratch. It allowed recipients of a special invite to log in securely, choose their seats at the venue and receive confirmations to their phone and email. The system also auto-generated seating plans for event planners and allowed for last minute changes too!

SPARK were even able to arrange for customer communications on the day of a screening when a lift broke down making access difficult for wheelchair users…
