The Mission Marketing Group plc (the missiontm), the marketing communications and advertising Group, has today announced the launch of Mongoose Promotions, a specialist sales promotion business.

Together with Mongoose Sports & Entertainment  the combination of the two businesses provides an exciting opportunity to create and execute co-branded marketing campaigns for mutual benefit under the Mongoose brand.

Mongoose Promotions has been established to help Clients better understand the behaviour of their customers and to create and execute campaigns to influence this, whether the aim is to sell more products, encourage the testing of new products or to attract new members.

David Pearson will head up Mongoose Promotions and brings with him a wealth of experience, including media buying at McCann-Eriksson, and 15 years at Motivcom where he was responsible for running the sales promotion division and led a team to establish cinema promotions and rewards specialist, Filmology. He has also held the role of Head of Consumer Programmes at Sodexo Benefit and Reward’s UK COMEX.

Now Managing Director at Mongoose Promotions, David Pearson, said: “I’ve always loved finding creative solutions to Clients’ business issues and the opportunity to create a new, fast moving Agency with the backing of a well-respected Group like the mission was an opportunity too exciting to miss.
